Health Benefits Of The MEAN GREEN
- 1 ½ cups coconut milk
- 1 green apple, cored and chopped
- ½ cup cucumber
- ½ avocado
- ¼ cup mint, chopped
- ¼ cup spinach, stems removed
- 1 lime, juiced
- 5 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup ice
- In a high speed blender, add ALL of the ingredients and begin to blend on a low speed.
- As the mixture starts blending, increase the speed and blend on HIGH for 1 minute or until everything is well blended and smooth.
- Add more ice or coconut milk to reach desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass and ENJOY!
