Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups coconut milk
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • ½ cup cucumber
  • ½ avocado
  • ¼ cup mint, chopped
  • ¼ cup spinach, stems removed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 5 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    1. In a high speed blender, add ALL of the ingredients and begin to blend on a low speed.
    2. As the mixture starts blending, increase the speed and blend on HIGH for 1 minute or until everything is well blended and smooth.
    3. Add more ice or coconut milk to reach desired consistency.
    4. Pour into a glass and ENJOY!
